  1. Cost it
  2. Quote it
  3. Make it
  4. Get paid

Right now it lives in five places.

Your pricing is in a spreadsheet. The order is in a chat thread. The deposit is in a banking app. The due date is on a sticky note by the bench. And the question that actually matters — did this job make money? — takes an evening to answer.

How it works

One thread, start to finish.

  1. 01

    Price it

Someone asks what it would cost. Enter your materials, waste, project hours and the margin you want, and get a unit cost and a selling price in exact decimals — in about the time it takes to answer the message.

  2. 02

    Quote it

Turn that costing into a quotation with your own terms and dates — or straight into an order, if they have already said yes. Finalise it to get the PDF and a link to share. Keep editing afterwards if you need to: every link you have sent keeps showing the version it was sent with.

  3. 03

    Make it

An accepted quote becomes an order with nothing retyped. Move each job across your worktable: confirmed, in production, ready, completed.

  4. 04

    Get paid

Record deposits, part payments and refunds as they land. Balances keep themselves current. Finishing a job and being paid for it stay separate, because they usually are.

What you get

Built for the work behind the craft.

Potters, bakers, woodworkers, jewellers, leatherworkers — if you price it, make it and get paid for it, the numbers work the same.

Costing you can trust

Materials and unit conversions, waste, batch and project labour, fees and the margin you want. Every figure is exact decimal arithmetic — never floating point.

Quotations that hold still

Every version you generate is kept, public links can be revoked, and terms you have sent stay exactly as sent.

Orders without retyping

Conversion snapshots the customer, prices, costs and customization. One accepted quote makes exactly one order, however many times you click.

A worktable you can see

Every job by stage, with due dates, what is due this week and what has slipped past.

Money that adds up

Deposits, part payments, refunds and corrections. Nothing is ever deleted — a correction is recorded with its reason and kept.

Enquiries that become work

Log what someone asked for, price it on the spot, then turn it into a quotation or an order. If it is something you will make again, save the costing as a Product.

A page you can send them

Publish a public catalog of the Products you choose — photos, descriptions and your contact details, at your own link. No prices on show: people see the work, then ask.

Your numbers and your files

Outstanding balance, cash collected, estimated product profit, customer history, and a CSV export of anything you need elsewhere.

A note on the numbers

Estimates, honestly labelled.

Profit figures use the costs you actually entered — nothing is invented. Jobs you have not costed yet are excluded and counted where you can see them, rather than quietly treated as free. These are working estimates for your own decisions, not accounting profit, and not a promise about what the market will pay.

Getting in

Verify your email, and the door opens.

Your workspace opens for 30 days — longer if you have an event code. No card, no sales call, no demo booking. When a pilot ends your records stay readable and exportable — the work you put in stays yours.

Straight answers

Before you sign up.

Does it email my customers?

No. Sharing a quotation copies a link for you to send however you already talk to them. The only email this app sends goes to you, for verification and account security.

Can a customer see what something cost me?

No. A shared quotation shows products, quantities, prices, your terms and only the reference files you chose to include. Your costs, private notes and payment proof never leave your workspace.

Which currencies does it handle?

Philippine peso and US dollar. Your currency locks once you have financial records, so your history stays consistent.

Is it built for a team?

Not yet. Today it is built around one maker and one studio, and it is honest about that rather than half-supporting staff accounts.

Is my catalog public?

Only if you publish it. Products appear only when you mark them visible, and the page shows no costs or prices — people see your work and your contact details, then ask.

Where do my uploads live?

Private storage tied to your studio and reachable only by you — either on the server outside the public web root, or in private object storage. Images are re-encoded before preview and the file checks reject active content.

Ready when you are.

Start with one product costing. The rest follows the work.
